Shipping & Returns

    • All our parcels are send within one business day after receipt of your payment and as far as the products are in stock.
    • For products not in stock please refer to the time limit before shipment mentioned on our site at the moment of ordering.
    • Once your payment reaches us the transfer of ownership of the goods happens. Risk transfer of the goods happens at the moment of delivery with the client.
    • Shipping and transportation are on risk of the buyer and as stipulated in the general conditions of the Belgian Transporters Association and released in the Belgian Gazette from the 24th of july 1980.
    • If you want the transport of your goods insured please contact us. Insurance costs will be charged.
    • At the delivery of the goods please check the goods and in case of problems let us know it within one week by certified mail.
    • In case goods will be send back, Imperia Solutions sprl will not be responsible for loss or damage of the goods.
    • Delivery time limits mentioned are always indicative. Imperia Solutions is not responsible for late delivery.
    • Common deadlines for delivery:
      • Belgium: The Post: between 2 and 4 business days.
      • Belgium: Kiala: between 4 and 9 business days.
      • France: The Post: between 4 and 9 business days.

  • After delivery you are allowed to send back the goods within 14 business days in its original package complete with documents. At your costs.
