    The hereunder mentioned general sales and delivery conditions are considered having been accepted by our clients and prevail over the clients own general conditions. No third persons can act in our name.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

      If Tuning-PC does not apply one of its clauses this does not mean that it gives up the present condition(s).<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

        The present conditions apply for all contracts and offers concluded between Tuning-PC and its client.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

          Once an order has been paid the payment can only be canceled for max 80% of its amount.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

            An order\/offer not paid within 15 days will be canceled.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

              All our offers and prices can be canceled or modified at every time.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                The delivery deadlines are only indicative. We decline every responsability for late delivery.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                  Delivery and transportation are on risk of the buyer. Delivery costs include packaging costs.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                    Transfer of ownership of the goods happens at the time the payment enters our account. Risk transfer happens at the moment of delivery and acceptance of the goods with the buyer.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                      All prices are indicative and can be changed at every time for reasons not depending from our own, even after the acceptance of an order.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                        Goods have to be paid cash or before the delivery. Each payment delay will be charged with 10% of the invoice amount with a minimum of EUR 50.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                          The delay accepted for a payment by bank transfer is 15 days. After this delay the order will be canceled.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                          <\/small><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            The guarantee given is the guarantee foreseen by the Belgian Law. Each demand has to be introduced maximum six months after the purchase.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                              Within 7 days after the delivery the client has the ability to cancel his purchase. The goods (package, parts, documents) shall be returned in their original state and at the cost of the purchaser.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                              A charge of 1% of the invoice amount will be charged for administration costs. Refund will be made after deduction of the costs within a delay of 30 days following the reception of the goods in our offices.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                                In case a product is sold out, Imperia Solutions has the right to deliver an article with similar characteristics.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n

                                  We guarantee the privacy of your personal details held on our files. In no case we will pass personal details to third parties without your explicit consent.<\/small><\/span><\/span><\/small><\/p>\n
